My New Year experience at this hotel was fantastic. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning and hot water. the staff members were very kind and helpful. the hotel's location was ideal as it was close to key attractions and had easy access to the nearby beach, which was perfect for a relaxing dip.

The hotel lacked outdoor furniture to sit and relax when enjoying the beach ambiance. This was a bit disappointing as it would have been great to have this amenity available.

This hotel is a great find. The rooms are clean and cozy, with beautiful views of the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. The location is unbeatable, right on the beautiful Negombo beach.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

Friendly Staff and Great View

During my recent city break, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with an exceptional staff. The staff was not only friendly but also very accommodating. They provided valuable tips about the city which was very helpful during my stay. the hotel's view was breathtaking as it is located near the beach, making the experience even more enjoyable. Being close to a convenient store was another great aspect.

Despite the hotel's positives, there was one thing that I did not find enjoyable. The room was impeccable but had limited furniture, giving it a bare look.
